  from the REC about it
* libxslt/transform.c libxslt/extra.[ch] libxslt/preproc.c:
  tried to accomodate the various (and changing) proprietary
  ways of implementing chunking.
* tests/docbook/result/xtchunk/html: now output is generated in
  ISO-8859-1
