* libxslt/attrvt.c libxslt/variables.c: fixed a regression for
  AVT found in global variable content.
* tests/docs/Makefile.am tests/docs/bug-143.xml
  tests/general/Makefile.am tests/docs/bug-143*: added test
  to the regression suite.
