fixed a bug w.r.t. namespace context when doing the evaluation of

* libxslt/templates.c: fixed a bug w.r.t. namespace context when
  doing the evaluation of attribute value templates
* libxslt.spec.in python/Makefile.am: fixed some troubles
  with "make rpm"
