Still stuck in the (more tests/more debug/more) fixes loop:

- tests/REC/test-[7-9]*: added more tests
- libxslt/templates.c libxslt/transform.c libxslt/variables.c:
  fixing bugs raised by said tests, cleaned up the way ctxt->xpathctxt
  is allocated, overall cleanup.
