removed a superfluous second sorting of the node set on xsl:copy-of, fixes

* libxslt/transform.c: removed a superfluous second sorting of
  the node set on xsl:copy-of, fixes #316288
* libxslt/xsltutils.c: marked xsltDocumentSortFunction as slow,
  obsolete and deprecated :-)
