Fixed restoring the context doc for XPath in xsltForEach(). Eliminated the 

* libxslt/transform.c libxslt/variables.c
  libxslt/xsltInternals.h: Fixed restoring the context doc
  for XPath in xsltForEach(). Eliminated the use of @tmpDoc
  of the transformation context.
